  • 60 g cilantro
  • 60 g chives or spring onion greens
  • 300 g kidney beans, cooked
  • 160 g onion
  • 2 dried lime
  • 3 g turmeric
  • 35 ml neutral oil
  • 800 ml water
  • 7 g fine salt

Cooking method

Pan

  1. Brown beef

    Brown beef and onion in oil with turmeric.
