- 300 g kidney beans, cooked
- 160 g onion
- 2 dried lime
- 3 g turmeric
- 35 ml neutral oil
- 800 ml water
- 7 g fine salt
Cooking method
Pan
- Brown beef
Brown beef and onion in oil with turmeric.
- Cook herbs
Chop herbs finely and cook them in oil until fragrant and darker.
- Combine
Add herbs, beans, dried lime, water and salt to the beef.
- Simmer
Cover and simmer until the beef is tender.
