- 180 g onion, thick slices
- 220 g tomato wedges
- 500 g potatoes, wedges
- 35 ml soy sauce Contains soy and may contain gluten.

- 30 ml neutral oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 g fine salt
Cooking method
Pan
- Cook potatoes
Pan-fry or bake potato wedges until golden and reserve.
- Sear beef
Sear beef quickly over high heat in hot oil and remove.
- Stir-fry vegetables
Cook onion and tomato briefly so they stay juicy but not soft.
- Finish
Return beef, add soy sauce, vinegar and garlic, toss quickly, then serve with potatoes.
