Cooking method
Pan
- Cook potatoes
Pan-fry or bake potato wedges until golden and reserve.
- Sear beef
Sear beef quickly over high heat in hot oil and remove.
- Stir-fry vegetables
Cook onion and tomato briefly so they stay juicy but not soft.
