  • 550 g beef shoulder, cubed
  • 110 g peanut butter
  • 350 g crushed tomato
  • 140 g onion, chopped
  • 200 g carrots, sliced
  • 260 g potatoes, cubed
  • 30 ml neutral oil
  • 700 ml water
  • 7 g fine salt

Cooking method

Pan

  1. Brown beef

    Heat oil and brown beef cubes on all sides.

  2. Cook base

    Add onion and cook until soft, then stir in crushed tomato.

  3. Build stew

    Add carrots, potatoes, peanut butter, water and salt and mix until smooth.

  4. Simmer
