Cooking method

Pan

  1. Brown pork

    Brown pork pieces in oil on several sides.

  2. Add sauce

    Add soy sauce, vinegar, water, garlic, bay and pepper.

  3. Simmer

    Cover and simmer until the pork is tender.

  4. Reduce

    Uncover and simmer until the sauce is glossy and concentrated.

  5. Serve

    Serve over white rice.
