- 160 g bacon pieces
- 4 eggs Contains egg.

- 4 g fine salt
- 1 g black pepper
- 1 g ground nutmeg
Cooking method
Oven
- Prepare the shell
Fit the pastry into a tart tin and chill while the oven heats to 190 C.
- Cook bacon
Brown the bacon pieces in a pan and drain excess fat.
- Mix custard
Whisk eggs, cream, milk, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Fill
Scatter bacon in the pastry shell and pour the custard over it.
- Bake
Bake until the top is golden and the center is just set.
- Rest
Rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
