- 180 g onion
- 80 g wheat bread Contains gluten.
- 250 ml milk Contains milk and lactose.
- 3 eggs Contains egg.
- 8 g curry powder Check curry powder labels if you avoid mustard.
- 30 g apricot jam
- 20 ml vinegar Check the vinegar if you need to avoid sulphites.
- 2 bay leaves
- 20 ml neutral oil
- 7 g fine salt
Cooking method
Pan
- Soak bread
Soak bread in part of the milk, then squeeze lightly and reserve the milk.
- Cook beef
Cook onion and beef with curry powder and salt until browned.
- Season filling
Mix in soaked bread, jam and vinegar.
