- 260 g cucumber, diced
- 150 g green bell pepper, diced
- 80 g red onion, thinly sliced
- 160 g brined white cheese, grated
- 25 ml olive oil
- 12 ml red wine vinegar
- 4 g fine salt

Dice tomato, cucumber and pepper, then slice the onion thinly.
