- 900 g potatoes, peeled and grated
- 90 g wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 g dried marjoram
- 45 ml neutral oil
- 6 g fine salt

- Prepare batter
Grate potatoes and squeeze out liquid, then mix with flour, eggs, garlic, marjoram and salt.
- Heat oil
Heat oil in a wide pan over medium heat.
