Ingredients

  • 240 g tapioca starch
  • 180 ml milk Contains milk protein and lactose.
  • 140 g grated cheese Contains dairy and lactose.

  • 45 ml neutral oil
  • 4 g fine salt

Cooking method

Oven

  1. Heat liquids

    Warm milk, oil and salt until steaming, then remove from heat.

  2. Start the dough

    Mix hot liquid with tapioca starch to hydrate and cool slightly.

  3. Add egg and cheese

    Mix in egg and grated cheese until a soft, sticky dough forms.

  4. Shape and bake

    Shape small balls, place on a tray and bake at 190 C until puffed and golden.
