- 240 g tapioca starch
- 180 ml milk Contains milk protein and lactose.

- 45 ml neutral oil
- 4 g fine salt
Cooking method
Oven
- Heat liquids
Warm milk, oil and salt until steaming, then remove from heat.
- Start the dough
Mix hot liquid with tapioca starch to hydrate and cool slightly.
- Add egg and cheese
Mix in egg and grated cheese until a soft, sticky dough forms.
- Shape and bake
Shape small balls, place on a tray and bake at 190 C until puffed and golden.
