  • 100 g onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 4 g ground cumin
  • 140 ml water
  • 8 g fresh parsley
  • 5 g fine salt

    Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
