  • 220 g potato
  • 140 g carrot
  • 100 g peas
  • 140 g onion
  • 30 ml neutral oil
  • 4 g turmeric
  • 3 g ground cumin
  • 900 ml water
  • 7 g fine salt

Cooking method

Pan

  1. Rinse grains

    Rinse rice and lentils until the water runs mostly clear.

  2. Cook aromatics

    Cook onion in oil, then add turmeric and cumin.

  3. Add vegetables
