  • 500 g cooked red beans
  • 140 g onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 3 g ground coriander
  • 2 g paprika
  • 220 ml water
  • 12 g fresh cilantro and parsley
  • 5 g fine salt

Cooking method

Pan

  1. Cook onion

    Cook onion in olive oil until soft and lightly golden.
