- 500 g cooked red beans
- 140 g onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 20 ml olive oil
- 3 g ground coriander
- 2 g paprika
- 220 ml water
- 12 g fresh cilantro and parsley
- 5 g fine salt
Cooking method
Pan
- Cook onion
Cook onion in olive oil until soft and lightly golden.
- Add seasoning
Add garlic, coriander, paprika and salt, then stir briefly.
- Simmer beans
Add beans and water, then simmer and mash part of the beans for texture.
- Finish
Add chopped herbs and adjust seasoning before serving.
