  • 450 g cooked black beans
  • 140 g onion, chopped
  • 120 g green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 3 g ground cumin
  • 2 g dried oregano
  • 780 ml water or plain vegetable broth
  • 6 g fine salt
