  • 800 g potatoes
  • 35 ml olive oil
  • 200 g tomato sauce
  • 4 g smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 10 ml plain vinegar Check labels if sulfites are a concern.
  • 80 g aioli or mayonnaise, optional May contain egg.
  • 5 g fine salt

Cooking method

Oven

  1. Prepare the potatoes

    Cut the potatoes into bite-size chunks and toss with olive oil and salt.

  2. Roast

    Roast at 220 C until tender inside and crisp at the edges.

  3. Make the sauce

    Warm tomato sauce with garlic, smoked paprika and vinegar until thick and flavorful.

  4. Finish

    Serve the potatoes with brava sauce and classic aioli or egg-free vegan aioli.
