- 500 g firm tofu Contains soy.
- 200 g green beans
- 160 g red bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
- 10 g fresh chili
- 30 ml neutral oil
- 35 ml soy sauce Contains soy and gluten.
- 12 g brown sugar
- 25 g Thai basil leaves
- 600 g cooked jasmine rice
Cooking method
Pan
- Press tofu
Pat tofu dry and cut it into cubes.
- Brown tofu
Cook tofu in oil until golden on several sides.
- Stir-fry vegetables
Add beans, pepper, garlic and chili, then stir-fry until bright and tender.
- Season
Add soy sauce and sugar and toss until glossy.
- Finish
Fold in basil and serve with rice.
