  • 500 g firm tofu Contains soy.
  • 200 g green beans
  • 160 g red bell pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 10 g fresh chili
  • 30 ml neutral oil
  • 35 ml soy sauce Contains soy and gluten.
  • 12 g brown sugar
  • 25 g Thai basil leaves
  • 600 g cooked jasmine rice

Cooking method

Pan

  1. Press tofu

    Pat tofu dry and cut it into cubes.

  2. Brown tofu

    Cook tofu in oil until golden on several sides.

  3. Stir-fry vegetables

    Add beans, pepper, garlic and chili, then stir-fry until bright and tender.

  4. Season

    Add soy sauce and sugar and toss until glossy.

  5. Finish

    Fold in basil and serve with rice.
